The first of its kind in the United States, this facility is a 30,000 square foot LEED Certified remote service center for Porsche is located in McKinney, TX. It was built during the Covid-19 pandemic and faced some of the worst weather conditions this Texas has seen. I managed the development process from design to entitlements and permitting through bidding, construction, and hand-off to operations.
