BMW of Carlsbad

BMW of Carlsbad is a redevelopment of Car Country Plaza. The scope consists of demolishing the entire corner and constructing a BMW dealership, service, and parts center that is 65,350sf with 59,700sf of rooftop parking. It is equipped with 58 service bays, carwash, detail, and a complete parts area. It is a multifaceted project that involves relocating existing tenants, up-fitting, entitling off-site facilities for the tenants, managing the entire masterplan from design through permitting and entitlements to bidding, construction, and turnover to the client. It also involves relocating an existing dealership to the new locations while operable. The building will achieve LEED Silver Certification.
